Mix 1 scoop (7.35 g) with 250 ml of water
my super protein balls
3 tbs of almond butter ( no added sugar)
2 Medjool dates
2 tbsps of GF oat
1 Tbs of raw Cacao Powder
1 tbs of choc protein powder of your choice
2 tbsps of soaked chia seeds
1 tbsp of flaxseed
1 tsp of “daily fibre support” ( optional)
1 small tsp of Cinnamon
Put all in a powerful blender
Add a little water if too dry
Roll into balls and in desiccated coconut
